The Health Care Authority of the City of Oxford, Alabama, is a municipal health care authority established in 2020 by the City of Oxford under the provisions of Alabama state law. Operating as Oxford Health Systems, the authority is responsible for providing healthcare services to the community, focusing on quality, accessibility, and public service. One of the primary service lines within Oxford Health Systems is Oxford Paramedics, the city’s municipal emergency medical service (EMS), committed to delivering prompt, professional, and world-class pre-hospital care to the residents and visitors of Oxford, Alabama. Oxford Health Systems also offers other healthcare services designed to provide excellent care to our citizens.
